In this paper we have established a functional relationship between deflection of a gravitational field line of force and perigee of Moon location. Physical nature of the process inducing the Chandler wobble has been shown. We have proved that the Chandler wobble results from a combination two motion: additional rotation of the Earth and cyclic motion of the Moon around the Earth. The results obtained fit well the presently available data from astronomical and gravimetrical observations.
